Feel excited, energised and hopeful on your career journey.

Burnout is not a badge of honour. It’s time to take care of yourself.

We spend most of our lives working…

Yet, so many people find themselves feeling unhappy and disillusioned with the world of work. You may feel overwhelmed with career indecision, disappointed with your job, or conflicted about where to go next. You may feel anxious trying to keep up with unrealistic demands, irritated by workplace politics, or struggling to find time for yourself.

Your job should not make you sick.

Burnout can come from many sources. It is important to clarify where your stressors are coming from so we can create an action plan that’s tailored to your specific needs, values, and goals.

1

Compassion from Memory

When we are frustrated with our careers it can feel lonely. In this practice, I guide you through recalling a memory of a time when someone offered you kindness. This may be an image of a co-worker, family, friend, or even a stranger. This meditation supports building a sense of connection and acts as a reminder that you are not alone.

2

Soothing Rhythm Breathing

Let’s take a soothing break from your hectic day. This practice guides you through a belly breathing exercise using a series of counts. This meditation supports with finding deeper relaxation in the body.

3

Future Self Visualization

Let’s time travel to your future! Rather than setting specific goals, this heart-centered practice invites you to reflect on how you want your “Future Self” to feel. This can be a supportive tool for setting goals related to careers, relationships, or any other area in which you seek clarification. Trigger warning: Death is mentioned as a prompt for brainstorming.

It is never too late to be who you might have been.
